Thanks for taking a moment to pre-order your holiday turkey. Here are a few important things to note: Turkeys are $9.50 per pound. A $50 deposit is required for each turkey and will be credited towards the total cost of your turkey and you’ll pay the difference at the time of pickup. Deposits are non-refundable unless Sunrising Farms is unable to fulfill the preorder. Turkeys will be frozen and ready for pickup starting November 19th at Carborro Farmers Market. Once turkeys are ready you'll be notified via email. Lastly, 10% of all turkeys raised will be gifted to people who value farm raised meat but lack access. Please consider donating to help cover the cost. A medium size turkey would cost about $125 and easily feed a family of four. We appreciate your support, flexibility, and understanding as we navigate these changes.
